Ken Burns and "The War"

Later tonight, I will have finished watching my DVD screener copy of Ken Burns' seven-part, 14-hour film on World War II, "The War." The film premieres on PBS on September 23, and I'll be interviewing Ken tomorrow.

I'll be writing more about "The War" later, but I will tell you now that, as I fully expected, the film is nothing short of miraculous. It is also often absolutely gut-wrenching in spots.

I'll be interested to hear and read discussion about the film once it's aired.

You rock! That is a huge interview.

Can you ask him how I can make pictures move around in iMovie?

Do we know the name of the soldier who is on the cover of the video documentary-The War? Has he been identified?

Thanks,

Esther
