I finally got my mower back from Home Depot. I had to take it in because the belts on it broke last fall after chopping one too many black walnuts up. The problem i was having with picking it up is i drive a Nissan sentra... not an ideal car to put a mower into.
You're probably thinking i popped the trunk and through it in there and tied the hatch down and drove home slowly. Well that was the plan till i realized it wouldn't fit, it was too tall to fit in the trunk, hence the need for this or this. Either would be nice. But suprisingly I folded up the handle bars, then folded the back seat down in the sentra and it went it perfectly and rested on the back of the seats thus not messing up the upholstry. Now driving home I had a good wiff of gas fumes (They hadn't closed the gas cap and I just assumed it was tightly closed... until the fumes came).
Anyway i got him home and did the first mow of the year, which is usually the most enjoyable because the grass is so high and i'm not sick of mowing every week yet.
This weekend we'll probably just use the time to relax and work on the house some saturday. Probably go out ot dinner, one of the few last times we'll be able to go on one without hiring a baby sitter. I really want to go see Benchwarmers... I don't care if Napoleon is cashing in, it still looks funny. Besides, doing a Napoleon 2, that'd be lame and cashing in, this is just taking the same character and throwing him into a new situation with new dorky friends.
I gotta get out of here....
