The Direction of This Blog
Because punditry seems to be a bit of a clogged market these days, you will see this blog gravitate more towards the personal from here on out.
Just as The Pulse Blog is sort of the alter-ego of The Pulse, this blog will now be the alter-ego of all my other writing efforts, leaning more towards the personal, the trivial, and the fun.
I'm hoping the upcoming BlogNashville conference will further help to inspire, organize, and direct my future blogging activities.

isn't the reason you shut down Right to the Chin because you wanted to get away from the personal, the trivial, etc. and get into more professional type blogging, and now you're going BACK the other direction?
I swear Bill, you're hard on me emotionally.

Seriously, this site will have both.
Just trying to drum up ideas to help me blog more often and make this thing (since I decided to keep it) more substantial.
The name change REALLY happened...well...um...cuz I liked the name and it was (unbelievably) available.
