I had a couple of things to tell him, though. He called last night and said he was going to come get the kids after he went a picked Daphne up from wherever she is (if they let her out). I don't think so, buckwheat. Now that I know she's really nuts, my kids aren't going anywhere near her. I wish her kid didn't have to be anywhere near her. He tried to tell me that I had to let him see them, but I know better. He hasn't paid any child support in the past two months, and no child support means no visitation. Gracie doesn't want anything to do with him anyway. She cries to stay with me when he comes to pick them up. Arien isn't old enough to know better yet.
I also told him that Daphne told my cousin that she's been trying to get rid of him for the past 5 months, but he won't leave. That really pissed him off. He started yelling, "It's my house! She's got her shit backwards!" He didn't want to talk anymore after that. I thought that was something he needed to know. If Daphne didn't want him to hear that, she shouldn't have told Jamie, because she knows that Jamie tells me everything, and that I'm going to tell Wayne if it concerns him.
This may sound bad, and it might make everyone think I'm horrible, but I don't really care. I hope they keep Daphne in there for a long, long time. She tore my family apart, and I want to see her get what's coming to her. I could think of a lot of things that I'd like to see happen to her, but I'm not going to actually put them in writing.

while i agree with you 100% some states whether yours is or not support and visitation are two different issues. However no crazy bitch needs to be near them kids AT ALL, your not trying to make fun of her if she has disabilities your just trying to protect your kids. It comes down to what he wants more his kids or his bitch ..
Caring for someone is nice but you have to care for your kids MOST!! I guess he still needs to learn... good luck

Make the judge say he can't see the kids while in psycho-babe's presence. The judge won't allow it, I've been there/done that. And if you just 'happen to mention' the lack of child support, well . . . I'd be willing to bet he'll get it garnished from his wages, if you already have a standing order of support. YOU CAN DO IT!! (For your kids, c'mon, THEY deserve finacial support if he's working/making money ~ in my state, there's NO CHARGE to file for these types of things, and really, it's the kids he's hurting!)
