Today at church my pastor spoke on Job and suffering. Need I listen any closer during the sermon or is there something meant there for me?
The congregation was left with the comforting words that through all suffering we are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus who loved us. I do believe this truth, it's just that often at the time of suffering it is most difficult to feel like a conqueror: I feel more like the conquered.
