Introducing Jaron Mosi Huffine

Member of: Home News

I'm not going to say much because I haven't quite developed the talent of typing while holding a baby, but I just wanted to make sure that I did my duty and formally introduced my son, Jaron Mosi Huffine. Jaron is Hebrew and means "he will be joyous" and Mosi is Swahili meaning "firtborn."

Jaron was born Monday, August 9th at 7:47pm. He was 9lbs 7oz at birth and 21in long. He is now eating well and sleeping fairly well through the night.

For updates you can check out our webpage, www.huffinefamily.com. Right now there are only pictures, and there will be more pictures to come. Soon we will have updates and maybe tell some more of the details about how he was born. (Like the fact that Bob and Michelle Wiegers moved into the room next door to us at the hospital and had there baby a couple days later, but while we were still there. We think we heard one of his first cries).

Well, that is all for now. Do check out our webpage and check back for updates.

What to do when you are bored at work

Member of: Miscellaneous

For those of you who sit in front of a computer all day and occasionally get bored. Here are a few things to keep you occupied.

Gridlock: I'm up to level 34

Yeti Sports: My highest single toss on Seal Bounce is 478

Extreme Ping Pong: Candy Stand has lots of games to keep you busy but this one has occupied the most of mine time the last couple of days.

Let me know what your top scores are.

If you haven't figured it out, I'm bored at work. I have finished the project that I have been working on for the past 8 months and I am just wasting time during my lame duck period until I'm out of here. So enjoy the fruits of my boredom.

Update and More

Just to let Ron know that I am still alive. Here are some pictures from the ultrasound we got a couple of weeks ago. These were at my wife's 20 week visit. She is now at 22 weeks. The due date is July 30th. So enjoy the pictures.

And just to offer a little more for your interest, I offer this. It is an interesting site detailing campaign financing, via slashdot.

Take Him to You I Will

Member of: Miscellaneous

I am Yoda

A venerated sage with vast power and knowledge, you gently guide forces around you while serving as a champion of the light.

Judge me by my size, do you? And well you should not - for my ally is the Force. And a powerful ally it is. Life greets it, makes it grow. Its energy surrounds us, and binds us. Luminescent beings are we, not this crude matter! You must feel the Force around you, everywhere.

Yoda is a is a character in the Star Wars universe. More Yoda information is available at the Star Wars Databank.

Which Fantasy/SciFi Character Are You?

When A Man Becomes A Women to Become a Gold Medalist

Member of: Random News

Hmmm...

I just don't have the time or even the words to talk about this. I mean what can you say? This probably means that there will be a rush on sex changes for mediocre male athletes. If you just can't make it as a man, why not try as a women.

I find most of these humurous, though some are a little off-color. Please don't be offended, I'm not endorsing this product or any of these advertisements. They just make me laugh. So enjoy.
