So apparently the new batman series plans to parade the pretty boys... Dark Knight will feature the Joker as mentioned at the end of Batman Begins played by everyone's favorite gay cowboy Heath Ledger. In my mind there will always be only two jokers,
Cesar Romero, the one on the right.
and my old pal Jack.
Also Ryan Phillipe is making a hard push to play Harvey Dent aka Two Face... what is this cute actor's studio or something? I mean can't he just be happy being Legally Blond's arm candy? I always thought Alec Baldwin would make a good Harvey Dent, he's tall, got the right hair, kind of crazy, and he's a baldwin so he's gotta have at least 2 personalities in there.
Also Philip Seymour Hoffman as penquin I'm not crazy about, though I can see the similarities... though he's really too tall. Lets face it Danny Devito was another guy, like Jack, who was born to play that role. Though I must admit I wasn't a fan of the 2nd batman. I like hating my bad guys and in Batman 2 the bad guy is really the evil corporation and Christopher Walken... and Penquin and Catwoman are just pawns, so you kind of feel sorry for them.

First off, youve got to love that its the first ever Batman film without "Batman" in the title. Im loving the title "The Dark Knight". Second, I think that the Philip Seymour Hoffman thing is a pretty vague rumor at this point, and the character of Two Face will only be introduced but not fleshed out, so I wouldnt worry about an over-influx of villians. This definitely sounds like a Batman and Joker movie to me. Third, Christopher Nolan and Christian Bale are amazing. And I cant imagine Nolan picking Ledger if he didnt think he had an ace up his sleeves. Nolan has been impeccable with casting in the past (well, maybe excluding Katie Holmes). I dont know, I just think we are going to get one heck of a Batman film. Speaking of Nolan, have you seen the trailer for "The Prestige." Its the new Nolan/Bale film. Check it out!

Also agreed, I think they'll follow the spiderman route of introducing characters gradually, and allowing them to developed instead of, Here is Batman's new villain, he hates him , the fight.
Nolan and Bale are good. Though I still think Newsies and Equilibrium when I think of Bale. Though Equilibrium was a well done 1984 though cheesy and not very deep.
My thing is all these guys are pretty boys. Even Scarecrow was a pretty boy. Though i liked Qui Gon Jin as the Ninja dude as well as the Last Samuarai as the other Ninja dude in the first one. So outdoubtedly it will be good, but I'll stick with Cesar Romaro... come on he was great!
Katie Holmes was a dark stain on a great movie. Luckily i felt Morgan Freeman and Michael Cain made the movie, I think eveyrone else could have been awful but with those two they were just so great. "Oh that? Thats the tumbler, you wouldn't be interested in that..." I love that part.

A REAL PSYCHOPAT MY FRIEND, LIKE HE REALLY IS!!!!not a "everyone's favorite gay cowboy" like in the old series or the 90's movie for gay asshole!!!!!
