Pet Peeve number 642: People who have their digital camera set to make the "ca-ching" sound when you take a picture. Its a digital! We've moved passed that.

The annoying thing, however, is that Canon has decided to add a fake film advance sound so that it sounds like a 35mm auto SLR. The worst part is that you can't turn it off! Of course, the Nikons that I've played with, that do not have this feature, sound broken when you take a photo. I don't know which is more annoying.
