Anytime he wants to provide actual DETAILS is fine with me:
"I don't think (Bush is) providing the leadership we need," says Kerry. "I will do a better job of dealing with Iraq and winning the war and fighting the war on terror, period.''
Oh. He said, "Period." He's got my vote.
Funny, has he detailed what this plan will be? No. Might be a nice thing to talk about with just 5 weeks before the election...
Funny, also, I already know what his plan is. He will offer "incentives" (his words not mine)--better known as payoffs, contracts, and MONEY--to other nations to help with security and reconstruction issues.
On second thought, he might NOT want to talk about it. Kinda reminds you of an International House of Halliburton, eh?

Posted by: KornSt@r at September 24, 2004 01:37 AMNope. But Bush is ahead in the polls, and we know what his plan is. Kerry could summon magic elephants for all we know.
Posted by: Bill Colrus at September 24, 2004 01:51 AMI'd kinda enjoy seeing that, actually.
Posted by: KornSt@r at September 24, 2004 01:53 AMAgain, John Kerry is Gollum. There's no way Smeagol will get my vote.
