*I bought something from a telemarketer this weekend. I've never done that before. I was in the market anyway. What did I buy? DSL service. I had shopped around trying to find the best deal on high-speed internet, and this was an offer I couldn't refuse. Here's my question though: can I use the same wireless router that I had for my cable modem with my DSL? It seems like it would work, but as I've said before, I'm technologically challenged.
*I had a fairly uneventful, yet pleasant weekend. Hung out with lots of people Friday night. Lazy Saturday morning. Finally unpacked last weekend's suitcase. Mike and Becca's wedding Saturday night. Typical Sunday - church, laundry, church.
*It's Monday again. I didn't get much sleep last night and I dropped my can of hairspray in the toilet this morning (thankfully, I had just cleaned the toilet, because hairspray isn't the type of thing you can just flush and take the loss). Hopefully, this is not an indicator of how my week will be.
yes you can
use the wireless router, not flush a bottle of hairspray

Posted by: bobw at February 23, 2004 03:32 PMThat's no good. Bellsouth is what I'm getting. We'll see how it goes.
Posted by: Christin at February 23, 2004 04:05 PMI hope it works...I'm tired of being left in the dark ages without the internet on my home computer. Let me know if I need to bring dad's router-box-thingy home.
Posted by: little booth at February 24, 2004 11:23 AMIt'll work.
Posted by: Mike Aman at February 24, 2004 12:57 PMWhenever I have issues, it is with the wireless router and I have to reset it. If you have a NETGEAR router like mine, don't bother calling support. You won't speak the same language.
Posted by: mike at March 5, 2004 05:53 PMThe DSL is working out well for me, but I still haven't set up the wireless because I haven't had time. I'll probably get to it later this week.
