Odds and Ends

*I'm not an Elvis fan (though the picture of me with the Elvis statue in Memphis might make you think otherwise), but I can't help but enjoy the king's Christmas album.

*For those of you who like to clean (and even for those who don't), I've got two words for you: Swiffer. Wet.

*As my sister pointed out, there are entirely too many Walmart shoppers purchasing that Santa-inspired lingerie.

*I've been thinking about making paper snow-flakes for several weeks now. Here is the next best thing. Here is one of mine. (Thanks, Kristen.)

Ah, yes, the blessed swiffer wet. That thing has done wonders for our lineoleum-tiled floor with two-year-old girl smearing bananas all over the place. We went ahead and threw away our mop. Viva la Revolucion!

By the way, have you noticed that that the refills are basically a really big maxi pad? Makes me wonder how that product was invented.

I haven't been to Waliworld in a while but how did I miss the Santa inspired lingerie? I'm always the last to know about these things.

So, where's this picture of you and "the king"?

Yeah, what about that lingerie? I never believed in Santa Claus but then again he never had his own line of lingerie back then either.

Patrick and Troy - if you don't know what I'm talking about, you're not missing out.

Matthew - That was the very first thing I said about them too.

Andy - I have no idea where that picture is...I only remember it exists because I was joking about having my picture taken with Elvis and some Japanese tourists apparently thought I was a big Elvis fan and were asking me all sorts of questions about Graceland.
