but swaps are a funny thing. large financial swaps that involve different currencies and intrest rate floors and ceilings have terms like "counter-party risk"; it's just a bunch of mumbo jumbo to say maybe the other guy won't deliver, and that risk is there no matter what you're dealing in. no hedging allowed, let the risk taking begin!

i've been at coptix for some time now and have now just added a second monitor to my desk. it's funny how life moves this way and that; i never thought i'd have a second monitor. maybe it's symbolic, or maybe it just doesn't mean a thing.
but i do know that mesh and I had a good conversation last night, as is the case when time allows for a porch conversation. he's a good man.
