New City Fellowship is beginning the process of looking for a Children's Ministry Director. I am on the search committee that is commissioned to find this person. Please do be praying for us in this search. Children's ministry is an important part of the ministry of New City and as with all church staff positions we need the grace of God in choosing the right people for the job. So, you could become the director if you were not a member of New City right now, but you could not be the director and also not be a member. I think for obvious reasons, such as submitting to the authority of the elders and stuff like that.
