Had a neat lunchtime discussion today with co-workers about predestination and other biblical concepts. Was fun, but in the end I urged evryone to do this again with Bibles in front of us. The guys seemed amenable to this, so we'll see what happens.
Oh yeah, God's view of time is like having Tivo, whereas man's view is like watching a long VHS tape with no remote control (linear vs. nonlinear).
Looking at this blog you'd think Kerry never holds Jackson, when in fact she does most of the cuddling and Jack and I are more into rough-housing. I'll try to select some pictures that convey the truth..
Here are some pictures of Jackson that for whatever reason I haven't shared yet.

Jackson is a big help with household chores, like doing the laundry.

Little preacher-man!

"I think I found Nemo.."
Here is Aunt Melodee's belated Xmas gift for Jackson, which is actually a biomechanical extension of the human body for enhanced "riding the pony." My friend Julianne from Colorado would love this..
I really could think of no modern day equivalent, so Billy Idol it is. Granny Willis achieved this saavy-chic look with only water. Go figure!
I just got to ride in the Life Force helicopter for a video project that UTC is doing with the state. It was very, very cool. We had a UTC Student (Shronda Harris of Mocs News fame) acting as a patient from an MVA, with heart contusions, shattered patella, and oh yeah, she was discombobulated. We took off and flew around UTC then landed again where she was rushed into the ER, defibrillated, and X-Rayed (they actually X-rayed her..) The whole thing was quite a rush and the finished video should look a lot like the beginning of Apocalypse Now seguey into some long tracking shots like ER. I'll post the streaming clip when its near completion.
