Ok its late and i've still got a lot of reading to do...
but here! I made this today!
Its going to be a book on rhinocerouses..(?!)
This is an etching on soft ground.

Etching:
basically, you pay a lot of money for a Zinc plate
cover it with a soft or hard ground and let the ground dry
scratch away the ground where you want the lines to be
place plate in acid bath for around 20 minutes
remove, rinse and clean off ground with mineral spirits or soysolv
wipe plate clean
soak paper in water, blot
ink plate, remove excess
print and
tadaa!!!
Its so much easier with water soluble inks. In photolithography we used oil based, and damn cleaning was rough!
