while i agree with you 100% some states whether yours is or not support and visitation are two different issues. However no crazy bitch needs to be near them kids AT ALL, your not trying to make fun of her if she has disabilities your just trying to protect your kids. It comes down to what he wants more his kids or his bitch ..

You know what? I believe I'd take him to court over visitation AND child support. Make the judge say he can't see the kids while in psycho-babe's presence. The judge won't allow it, I've been there/done that. And if you just 'happen to mention' the lack of child support, well . . . I'd be willing to bet he'll get it garnished from his wages, if you already have a standing order of support. YOU CAN DO IT!! (For your kids, c'mon, THEY deserve finacial support if he's working/making money ~ in my state, there's NO CHARGE to file for these types of things, and really, it's the kids he's hurting!)
