Posted by ryan at June 26, 2003 09:48 PMactually, there was an article in a recent rolling stone that says a lot of artists (like pearl jam, the eagles, and natalie merchant) are starting to create their own studios and record companies to put their music out by themselves and leave the record co's out of it entirely.
