The life and times of a guy who works too much. My internal monologue could probably best be represented in <html> and scripted in <?php> for the subtle diversities that occur at random intervals. I am constantly mulling over old scripts I've written trying to devise the newest optimization for them. I write applications that generally increase your efficiency and productivity, but occasionally I spit out applications that are just as time consuming as doing it manually.... those times trouble me. If my rise to seniority is plagued by 2 steps forward, one giant leap backwards, then Im going to be one of those programmers who is "excellently normal", which I do not want to become.
