Four things pop in my

Four things pop in my head, and four things are all I have time for right now. In fact, I don't really even have the time to do this, but here goes anyway...

1. I am assembling a team. It may just be a team of one (me), but I am going to, once again, take to the street. Those who know me know that I used to have my "information booth" where I would go to popular "hang-outs" such as 3rd street promenade, downtown HB, and Irvine Spectrum, and I would set up my little information booth. The idea was that people passing by would ask, "information about what?" and my reply was usually something like, "well, I'm a philosophy major with an education minor, but I'll attempt to give you an answer to anything you ask." Questions ranged from "why is the sky blue?" to "what is the meaning of life?" The glorious thing about it, as you might see, is that it very often led to discussions of God, Salvation, and the Gospel. So, having over the past few weeks been exposed to the numerous "acts" that freely spew their talent/message/song/etc, including everyone from jugglers to jehovah's witnesses, at the 3rd Street Promenade I've decided to use my free Saturday nights to re-erect the information booth. I thought this time I could attempt to do it in a "team" format; kind of like a "panel of informants"...a "board of trustees"...what have you. For example, one could be the philosophy specialist, one could specialize in theology, one could be the "politics man" maybe a "science girl" etc etc. If you are free saturday nights, and would be interested in debating your beliefs with anyone who happens to stop by, please let me know. Keep in mind, it gets cold, and the dialogue often feirce.

2. In the Brothers Karamazov Alyosha's would-be betrothal to Lize is being denied by Lize's mother. Interesting.

3. What songs did LAD so efficiently get drum tracks down? Fading, 649 Miles, Don't Be Afraid, Missred, Killing Time, andNegative Zero. The Lord is Good! New music will be available, Lord Willing, within a couple weeks. (rough tracks, for those of you close to the band, will be available much sooner most likely).

4. "But even so, happiness, happiness-- where is it? Who is able to say of himself that he is happy?" Yet, Christians will never know true unhappiness. Glorious.
