The past couple days have been nice but extremely busy. Highlights:
My father's birthday on Saturday was a day filled with conversation and smiles.
Sunday Life After Darla entered the studio, and to the praise of God things went better than could have been expected (at least so far). Not only was the band able to lay down all of the top 3 song drum tracks, but they also did the "extra" 2 tracks they had wanted to record, AS WEll AS a final track. This huge success has given Life After Darla 6 songs with which to focus their creativity around over the next couple weeks. Indeed, as I told Michael, I just feel so thankful to be a part of this unique enterprise.
Lord willing this music is going to be the best yet created by the boys of LAD. I'll keep you hangin as to what songs we recorded...but I'll let you know soon enough. I have to go take a philosophy of mind final.
My sister is getting prettier every time I see her. So is another girl I know...
