Once again I have been set free from the tyranny of a 9 to 5 job. And I'm actually quite relieved. I was doing too much, what with working full time, part time, and taking two college classes. So I'm gonna be picking up more shifts at the restaurant and I'm really looking forward to it. I'll get to sleep in some, but not on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
Yep, I'm back in college. Taking those 2 classes will renew my teaching certificate. But that's a topic for a different post.
So yeah, it's not hard to move on. It was time to go. But I'm wondering if I'm getting too good at saying goodbye.
One of the things I really enjoy about my current full time job is reading and writing about kitchen stuff and food.
I found a typo today, but the sentence works even if you don't correct it.
"Almost no bread should be served hot, and rye bread--the loaf--is best when slightly stale. Warm, freshly baked bread from the oven is one thing, but previously frozen and heated loves are not."
