Not much to really say up here. Obscene and his wife came up to avoid Katrina and we got to hang and eat and have fun with them for a few days. This hurricane is just bleepin crazy. New Orleans is a mess, looters tick me off, and I feel bad for those who fled and came home to a slab of concrete that used to hold their house.
I've been thinking motorcycle lately. I go in these weird phases of transportation purchases. Like for a good while I've wanted a pick up truck four door, nissan frontier type thing (nissan b/c v6 is standard, 4 door in case kids come along). But then I started thinking gas, and the fact that i like driving my sentra still and kind of want something sporty and fun. So then I started thinking a civic for gas and practicality and all. But now I'm thinking possibly a motor cycle just because they're cheaper than a civic, which are expensive since they don't really depreciate. I'd probably only use it to commute to work and back and in bad weather I'd just take the car. Its an interesting idea. Granted, don't have money for one so its all just in my head.
