I haven't had much desire to blog as of late. I guess the spammers are taking their toll on me. I come on my blogg see zero comments from anyone but black jackers and cialis and its just a little frusterating.
Overall things are going good. Wifey's having a turbulent time finding a job. Keep her in your prayers as nothing seems to be popping up as of late. My job's ok, its in its busy season so I'm busy almost all day, which is nice. SO far no overtime yet but it should be coming down soon enough i'm thinking.
I'm kind of down because the U2 fan club thing needs to be done tonight to get advanced tickets to the concert and I don't think we have the money for it so I'm not sure If we'll be going to the concert this year. I mean the fan club is 40 bucks then you figure about 50 to 60 for each ticket, thats too much for a band in my opinion, even for my favorite band. I'm not going to spend a 150 dollars and change to see U2. I want to take the wife to see them but I think we'd rather have other things in life, like heat. I guess priorities change as you get older, going to see u2 is just not high on the list unfortunately. Heck I still haven't even bought the cd yet, its on my to do list.
This weekend we spent time with friends, the wife and I were in a bit of a funk so we didn't do much on saturday.
Watched a little football today. I wasn't surprised and was glad to see the Eagles finally make it to the Super bowl, though i think the pats will dismantle them.
In baseball news, the Astros are dumb, no one is worth 18 million, and the yankees aren't much brighter. The cardinals are being skimpy but they won't be as good as last year in my opinion. They'll be good, but not great.

Looks like a lot of U2 fans are complaining anyway. Be glad you didn't drop 40 bones! :)
