Ok this is a game review, don't read it if you're not interested. Crabb dog let me borrow Tron 2.0, and if you're looking for a good game to play on the PC this would be it. Its got the cool plot based off the movie Tron, but takes the lame effects and gives them coolness to the 2.0 range. The story goes, You're the son of the dude from Tron, you're dad's this super wiz computer tech guy at this super computer firm. He wants you to start at the company, but you're more interested in the Tron game in the break room. You finally agree to take a gaming program job. Then all of a sudden you're on the phone with you're pop when you hear him go, "Oh no, who are you!" You rush to his lab to find him gone, then you ask his AI Ma3a where he is, she then digitizes you and puts you in the computer mainframe. You then must set to find out the mysterious mystery of what happened to your pop.
All this time a virus has begun to destroy the computer, so you must fight the virus, but also fight the system constraints, think of it as Norton or McCafee--they're the red guys similar to the red guys from the movie. The virus cares only to destroy, the "Norton Red guys" care only about maintaining the system's order. OH and by the way you're an anomoly/illegal program.... so the red guys don't like you much. But the red guys i could handle, its the viral guys that are tough.
The games got the system upgrades that makes games like Deus X, the little gaming/computer nuiances that make it kind of funny/cool. Plus its got a killer bike game, much like the bike game from Tron. Its really cool.
The only problem I've encountered is my computer slowing up. But thats my computer not Tron 2.0
So go buy it, downloading is wrong! So go give the people at Buena Vista your money and try it out.
