Here's why I got annoyed teaching US history last year.

I've read the 5th Harry Potter book so far about 6 times. This tickled that funny bone.

Makes me want to teach English again.

Dr. Davis was a fun one to quote out of context. (My favorite: "I am a postmodernist." Oooh, but there was also, "I did NOT split that infinitive." Ironically, Dr. Davis, now I am obsessed with noticing when people -- especially newscasters -- split infinitives. Thank you VERY much.)

So there you go. My Progress Reports are due tomorrow and all I've done is spend hours reading the funny lists. Great. They were funny, though.
