Amazing things in the drugstores
Things you can get at any drugstore or grocery here that I'm not used to seeing:
- a package of chopsticks -- 100 pairs for 99 cents!
- musubi maker
- 40 different kinds of soy sauce (Kikkoman is the saltiest...so they tell me!)
- 15 different kinds of rice...long grain, short grain, hulled, not hulled, etc.
- rice cookers -- they are kind of like crock pots: you put the rice in with water (1:1 ratio) and turn it on. It comes out sticky, where the grains stick together.
