"What in the cockadoodle is CILANTRO?"

Life is funny, women are fickle, etc. I don't have many favorites in the monumental, oft-mentioned categories. You know? No favorite restaurant. No favorite car. No favorite country. No favorite planet, etcetera.

But I do have a new favorite herb: CILANTRO

Apparently, people either love it or hate it.

I love it! I once went to five different grocery stores looking for *fresh* cilantro for a recipe I was using. I guess if you like Mexican cuisine, you might be more likely to like cilantro. I also like the word itself: cilantro, cilantro, cilantro.... :)

Then you'd like China. Cilantro can be hard to avoid here, particularly if you're into Muslim quisine.

My sister uses it in Tortilla Soup and it's soooo good. Tasty herb.

I only eat salsa when it's 95% cilantro.
It's perfect.
