Kate Hudson: Not A Feminist

I stumbled across this in an e-mail. Just wondering what you think of her remarks:

Kate Hudson says, "I respect women who busted their butts to pave the way for our generation, but I think we've done that, and we're moving into new places."

Hudson doesn't mince words in her rejection of the women's movement. "I'm not a feminist, I'm just not. Women are domestic creatures. We take care of people, we nurture, we are protectors."

All women? Is that universal?

It's surprising to hear something like that from an actress. Maybe it's not a "universal" truth for "all women" as Josiah wonders, but I think there's something to it.
