Anne Lewis, right and son Gregg Pullano sit near the Hot Light at the new Krispy Kreme, 2129 Lake Lansing Road, Tuesday morning. Lewis and Pullano stood in line for 13 days waiting for the store to open. It was the longest anyone has waited for a store opening in the franchise's history.
Gee, ya think they ate any of the donuts?

In related news: Krispy Kreme’s earning predictions plunge as first day sales under perform. Local manager says, “It’s always a bad day for the business and the economy, as a whole, when a fat kids die. Fortunately, we produce more fat kids per capita than any other country, so we’ll be O.K.”
