There is an interesting article on ESPN's website talking about why men don't watch women's sports. I'd be interested in hearing your take on the article, the reasons you do/do not watch women's sports, and if you think anything is missing from their article.

Posted by: leon at August 27, 2003 02:39 PMI don't watch any sports. Is something wrong with me?
Posted by: cmwillis at August 27, 2003 09:53 PMNo, my brother. Nothing is wrong with you. I hate watching sports, too (except for the Winter Olympic's bobsledding, luge, and skeleton for some reason -- I would love to zoom down a mountain, I guess). I prefer actually competing myself rather than trying to appreciate competition vicariously.
Posted by: ron at August 28, 2003 01:28 PMi like to watch and play...
though not much lately, as my distressed physique will attest.
They think that women are trying to take over in what the man have control over they also may feel that they are the men and the ladys should be jumping rope or something girly
Im a real sporty girl. I mean if they wanna go pro and play againts ppl who r at their level and get paid for it professionally more power to them. If men dont want to watch well that's ok. No one is forcing them.
