If you share music with other music lovers online, the man is coming to get you. I have shared many music files, but have to admit that my downloading is minimal these days. I just find this current action to be a waste of time.
Maybe the record companies should focus on talent and not image, and maybe people wouldn't be sick of the same crap coming at us again and again. Maybe that's the real reason sales are down.

IMO, people are cheap... that's why they turn to filesharing for their music... in 99.9% of cases it's more about saving $$$, than it is about "sticking it to the man"...
