I Didn't Get That Memo

Apparently, today is "if-you're-on-crack, go-to-the-bank-day." Weird customers seem to come in groups. I can go for weeks at a time without a single certifiably crazy customer, but when they do come, they invite their friends. So if you're on crack, get to the bank.

Thanks for making me laugh out loud, Christin. I worked in a bank for a year, and I know exactly! what you mean. Makes for an entertaining day though. I must say though,in addition, we could subsitute just about any place of employment for "bank" in your statement. I will bear witness to that. And actually, there is a guy who regularly comes into Winger's, and is literally crazy. We don't even have to talk to him (we do anyway) because he sits at the bar and holds conversations with himself. Quite the trip! P.S. Just in case it's too far back for you to have checked...check your entry on The Devil Wears Prada...I had some thoughts on that.

Hi Christin,
My name is Allison and I live in Baton Rouge Louisiana. I stumbled upon this website while searching for the Kidd Kraddic website. After reading one of your stories that dated back to April 2003 I was instantly captured by your entries and altogether hilarious stories. I later found the correct spelling and website address that I was looking for. Thanks for the help!

You're right Sarah, there are crazy people no matter where you work. I had some seriously scary customers when I waited tables...they were so bad, I wouldn't walk out to my car by myself, even in broad daylight.
Thanks for the book recommendations. I'll have to go get a library card, because those are the type of books I can't justify spending much money on.
