Some of the Good Things (as my friend Martha Stewart would say) from this past year which I'm thankful for:
*God's continuing grace and mercy.
*My church.
*Living with Emily has worked out unbelievably well, especially considering the fact that we moved in together knowing little more about each other than that we both needed a roommate.
*My little niece, Sophie. I'm also thankful that Aaron and Amy moved from Ruston to Calhoun, so I can go see them a lot more easily.
*I've been able to travel quite a bit. I've also had several good friends come visit me.
*A good year with my job.
You forgot to mention how your life has been enriched by being asked out by men who like drag racing and/or are married.
Seriously, kudos my lady for looking at the glass half full. Your blog is one that is much more about the good things than about complaining. A high compliment on how you were raised.
