Kerry wants the world community involved in Iraq, but he wants bilateral negotiation with North Korea. What's the difference between the two? Seems to me that if you need multi-national negotiations anywhere, it's North Korea--you can't go it alone there, or anywhere else.
Kerry never said multilateral negotiation with North Korea was a bad thing. He said we should be doing bilateral talks as well as involving other nations. Bush said you can't do both.
