Yesterday, the NAACP and the Baton Rouge School Board FINALLY settled a 47 year old desegregation case. Wow. 47 years? Who were the mediators for this case? Sheesh. I guess it went like this:
NAACP: You guys need to desegregate.
School Board: Uh, no.
NAACP: Yes, you do.
School Board: Nah, we'd rather not.
NAACP: Guys, We're not kidding around.
School Board: Nope.
NAACP: Come on, do it.
School Board: No, really, we don't wanna...
for years and years and years... then,
NAACP: Last warning.
School Board: Alright Already, we'll desegregate... geez.
