Sure, money isn't everything, but it would sure make the pain of getting fired easier if somebody handed me a check for $7 million while telling me to clean out my office. Such is the case for George Karl, former coach of the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks. I live and die with the Tar Heels, and I hate to see this happen to a UNC grad, but he didn't exactly live up to expectations this year, so there isn't much that can be said in his defense.
