Update from Savannah
Things are going well, I suppose. I work alot and my relationship with Matt, Brandon, and my pets has grown since they're all I see when I am not at work. I am homesick for Chattanooga though. I miss the mountians. Never thought I'd choose that over the beach, but I never go to the beach! Tybee is the closest probably and that is about 30-45 minutes away. I want to go to Hilton Head but of course Matt doesn't want to. I want to go before it gets colder.
What is new with me?
I got a new phone, a pink Razr. It's fun. I am about to go and buy a certian book and some pizza, since we are out. What else? I have no friends yet, so I pretty much do nothing all day except watch tv, knit, read, play video games, sit on the computer for hours on end...it gets boring. I really miss my friends in Chattanooga.
At work right now we are trying to rehabilitate an owl. He will probably never fly again unless he can regenerate some feathers on his hurt wing, but he gets his mice. It is so neat watching him eat. He pounces on the mouse and swallows it whole. He must have been syringefed before though because he takes food from the syringe no problem. He isn't really all that mean either. He has been becoming more and more active every day when we clean his wing. I am trying not to get too hopeful though. I mean he could still not make it.
A few of my good friends are pregnant (plus I am going to be an aunt). Makes me wish I could start my family. But as the saying goes, I must be careful what I wish for.
Oh well. I am about to head out and get the last instalment of a book I have been anxiously waiting until I had money for :) and get some pizza I have been craving.

A few shots at my new work
This is Room 1, or The Ocean Room. This room has a complete ceiling painting.
This is the hammer head shark on the ceiling.
This is the diver and turtle? I can't really tell what it is just that it's funny looking. Anyway, a lot of dogs bark at the diver. It creeps them out.
This is Room 2, or The Football Room or the Sports Room. Depends on which person you are speaking to (to me it's Room 2. I dislike the nicknames, it confuses me).
This is Room 3, or The Beach Room. Not much to say about this one.
This is The Consult Room or Consultation Room. It has a nickname that Lisa told me but I forget it because no one ever uses it. I like this room the best probably.
The wisteria extends from the painting into the room. I love it.
Then there is Room 5, or The Jungle Room. We just started using this one, they've just completed it, but I am confused as to why it's Room 5, or why Consult is named so instead of Room 4.
The trees extend to the ceiling.
These are some of the girls I work with at our computer station. From left to right is Dr. Forney, Jen, and Laura. Laura and I get really goofy when we're together. Imagine Wendy and Erin.
This is in the lobby. Some catahoula named Bubba I think died. He was a regular or something. I am not sure on the details.
And the check in desk with Nan wondering why I was taking pictures. I told her I was taking pictures of the artwork around the clinic and she said, "What artwork?" Not sure what that meant.
And by the way, say bye to the hair, because it is going to change...
