shall we count the volkswagens that litter my family's property? okay here we go!
1. the vanagonagon. two into one. i think we even called it stretch at one point. yeah, my dad is wile e. and this proves it.
2. my dear AB Normal. the first and only car that've i've bought with my own money. she runs okay, i drive her everyday, so wave at me!
3. the shower bus, dad built it *it really works* belongs to the volksfolks.
4. frankenstien! dad's bus, does not run anymore but did for a while.
5. the brazilian bus. i think it's ours, not sure why we got it. guess it was cheap. used to be a shuttle for an airport down there i think.
6. natasha. mom's bus that waits...and waits...and waits...dad is supposed to fix her up good for mom.
7. the baja, aka the paintabug. belongs to the club. i have before pictures of it, it used to be black and blue.
8. the 63. um, not sure why we bought this either. guess it was cheap.
9. velma. she's supposed to be my brother's, but she doesn't run yet, and he doesn't have his liscense nor the money to fix her up.
10. the yellow super. not sure if this is ours or not. the windshield was donated to herman after our runin with a mailbox. i swear it ran out in front of me!
11. our neighbor's jetta. not sure why it's here.
12. roger rabbit. i drove him for a bit when i was carless. doesn't have an engine now, it's in the vanagonagon.
13. HERMAN! my first car ever! i miss him so much i wish i had the $1000 to fix him up! i drove him for 3 years! i miss him too.
14. the black westy that belongs to zen. it was material for some of my pictures back in the day.
the front and the back of the two vanagons dad used to piece together is wildest creation. yeah, creepy.
okay so 14 on our property. only 8 that i know for sure are ours. and 2 of which run, one only my dad can drive! how redneck it all seems, though we are from chicago!
and just for kicks!
matt's new haircut *so cute!*
i spy something in pink...
it's me. ^_^ i don't know why i can never get my glasses straight...
That was so funny! I really got a kick out of that!
