A good leader is really an assistant. When you empower people to make decisions and do their jobs, and facilitate them with the tools they need, how is that anything but good leadership..?

From that same idea comes the call for husbands to be servant leaders in their families. Just as Christ loved, served, and led the church - we should love, serve, and lead our families. So long to the days of absolute, totalitarian husbands lording it over their wives.
